How to feel good all the time?

How to feel good and experience true Joy, when you are looking for a meaningful life and you don’t know where to look anymore?

People are so living an empty and meaningless life, living from the physical body and thinking that the physical life is all that is. Thinking and controlling their way through life.


Or you already know there is more in life, but it still feels unreachable and you are still living mostly from the thinking mind and the physical body, wanting to control all of life.

They are constantly looking outside of them to look for joy and fullfillment. Someone to complete them or their lives. Or that job or that amount of money or that car or more businesses, then I will finally feel fullfilled or joyeus or complete or happy.
But it doesn´t come. It doesn´t happen. The emptyness stayes…


Another house. Another vacation. Another car or job. Another kid. Marrying.

”And still the emptyness stayes…..”


Then they think, maybe something is wrong with them and they want more therapy or medications. Again still all outside of them.

And so again they change a thing in the outside and looking for something outside of them that will fullfill that emptyness. That unhappy feeling. That restlessness.

The worries and stress become more.

”Maybe more drugs or alcohol or sex or extra shopping will help?”


But it fullfils for a moment and then the emptyness comes back. And they feel even worse.
And so they get more depressed, restless, giving up or self-sabotaging even more.

But finally its a good thing, because it brings you back to yourself.
And the only way you will find peace, fullfillment, joy, completion, is when you go inside.
“Depressed” is really “deep rest”. Your body wants that deep rest inside of yourself and find that Inner Power there. There is where your solution is. Inside of you. In your heart.

Go to your heart.
What do you truly desire?
What gives the unique YOU, true meaning?
What gives your life true meaning and purpose?
Why are you here?
What are your unique gifts and talents?
What and whom gives you energy, upliftment?
What are you here to give in the world?
How can you serve others in the world?

What is the relationship with yourself? Because this will determine how your life will look on the outside and how happy and fullfilled you feel.
Do you love yourself?
Do you value yourself highly?
Do you believe you are worthy?
Do you believe you are enough?
Do you have a high self-esteem?

All these questions, you have to ask yourself. Answer that from your heart and not from your thinking head.
All your answers and solutions are within your heart.

If it is difficult to feel and be in your heart, but you really want to change your life for the better, then you have to do whatever it takes to make this connection with your Heart. That is where your actions and real focus has to be.


Not trying to change all those things in the outside, that will never bring you what you truly desire.

Become determint to do whatever it takes to feel your Heart again and make a connection with the Divine Power inside of you. And yes, that will bring you all the answers and solutions you will seek in life. It will bring you that True Joy and happiness and fullfilment in every moment, if you live from the heart and that Connection with your Divine Inner Power.

That is where your true power and control is. From the Heart. From your true desires. From your true purpose and a life of meaning.
Then you are going to experience that all of life is supporting you on your journey. And the right ideal people, help and circumstances come your way.
You feel so much more loved and the Universe is on your side.
You will experience more the flow state of life.

”You are going to find that calm and peace in yourself, that is always there and with you in every moment.”

You are going to feel that you have an immense Power inside of you that is always with you in every moment and that you only have to trust and that you are never alone. That you are supported in every moment and that you can handle everything that comes your way.
And you will experience that there is a much greater plan at work for you.

You really have to understand that you can not find what you are looking for, outside of you. You have to find it in yourself first and then it will be reflected in the outside world.
Your true Power is within.
You have all that Divine Greatness inside of you to light up the whole world. No one outside of you can do it for you. This is your work in this life. Find that Light, that greatness inside of you.

When you live from the Heart every day, you start living from Gratitude and Love. And these are the most important exercises or focuspoints in life to manifest your Dreamlife.

Wow, so much happened the last months!!

Things went fastests ever!!!

It started when I choose to completely surrender my life to Divine.

I always believed that Divine and your Higher Self knows what is best for you.

So when you give your life to Divine, It will lead you.

Its like a child holding hands with their parents to guide them anywhere.

The ego, personal self think it knows better and wants to do it by itself.

Then comes the struggle and pain and suffering.

The moment you let go and completely surrender, everything will change.

Everything will!

So a couple of months ago, I did not know what to do with my life. I was searching and fearfull and insecure. It was a moment of chaos again. This always happens before the big positive changes.

But then I thought now is the moment to completely surrender to Divine and it changed everything.

I jumped into the deep unknown.

Before I surrendered to Divine but sometimes I didn’t.

It changed when I surrendered completely.

I trusted the Divine Masterplan and asked Divine in every moment what to do.

I let go of personal self.

I was guided to do readings for people. And at that moment I was doing it sometimes and still had my personal self in it.

But When I was guided to do channelings professionally, I just did it.

I completely trusted that when someone asked for help, I would get the answers to come through.

It was taking a risk and trusting the not knowing.

Then the answers came ofcourse. Very clear.

And after reading after reading, the confidence keep building that Divine will come through and share the truth to help others.

So now a couple of months later I did around 500 readings/channelings or so and people are keep coming back for more, because it resonates.

After I started channeling Divine professionally, I started doing this for friends and family and for myself.

Then more opened up. I could ask Divine everything and get answers.

Then immediatly after that I got guided into the Akashic Records and so much information about most of my past lives came in details.

And after that also in details about my purpose and future. In exact details what is going to happen.

Clear visions started also during daytime, but also in my dreams.

In details Divine is talking to me what I need to do in my dreams about my waking life. Sometimes about things about past lives or about the past in this life. Karma I need to clear or some steps to take.

And mostly things about the now and future, what steps to take.

Everytime I follow these steps it creates even more magic and miracles in my life.

And sometimes these are difficult steps, or from a earthy personal identity perspective difficult, but I still do them. Because I believe Divine knows what is best for me. An example is cutting cords with someone I love but have to let go.

And the evidence, signs, synchronicity and blessings keep coming, so I keep listening to Divine.

I also believe when it feels light it is the truth and when it feels heavy, it isnt. And this all feels light and loving. And also it resonates completely. It is a knowing inside.

So I keep following that.

During the day I keep getting guidance in every moment and also during the nights.

I now know more who I am and why I am here.

There were also a lot of times when I got visitations during the night from the highest lightbeings from other planets, like Pleiadiens and Siriuspeople to help me remembering my purpose here on earth.

This was very special and that is also why I keep doing this. I have to and want to.

After that there was also a lot of clearing from old karma and I did a couple of Shamanic Journeys with Sandra Ingerman and Renee Baribeau. A lot of things happened.

And one time I saw my Spiritanimal in a Shamanic journey and it was a Serpent. And it was amazing and it was spiraling around me. At that moment I thought ‘’huh a snake.’’ I did not get it.

But afterwards I knew it immediatly because I got an Kundalini-awakening. I wrote a blog about it.

This was mega intens but so beautiful.

I still feels amazing and every day I feel it.

Before I got a lot of tantrical orgasms, this went from up to down. I can get it instantly in every moment. There are energy downloads and I call them tantrical orgasms.

But since the kundalini-awakening, I also get energy rushes up/ tantrical orgasms up as I call them. Joe Dispenza calls them Brainorgasms, because they shoot from down up through the spine into the brain and in an instant my brainwaves are in Gamma.

I also can start this consciously every moment. But it is really intens to be in Gamma brainwaves constantly. I can choose to have it when I want.

Then after that I did a method from Drunvalo Melchizedek and I got a Heartorgasm as it called. And then my Pineal Gland activated completely and is always. So my heart is always open now and my third eye always active.

So thats why I now see a lot every day and get so profound information about my past lives, now and future. And also every night in my dreams.

Then even more happened.

And it is now 29 december 2020 and it all started in the end of august 2020. So everything happened really fast in 4 months time.

I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and I released all of my emotional bagage before when I started and removed my heartwall. And I test people and myself with muscle-testing.

A lot of things changed about this.

When I was a kid I always had things going on in my body and all of my life I’ve hade food allergys.

Before, I always  knew it wasn’t good for me after I ate something, because I felt it in my body.

After doing the Emotion Code I could also test it with muscle-testing.

And now, now so much changed, I get it channeled through in my head and heart already if something is good or not. Also for others. And I can feel it with my hands above it.

So all of my sixth senses are fully working together to read and feel something. And I believe and feel it is still growing.

Then more things changed extremely.

Divine woke me up one night in the middle of the night and said that I had to write.

So I asked, ‘’Huh, what do I need to write then?’’ And It said ‘’Automatic writing’’’.

And I’ve had visions of that and knew that one time I would do it, but did not do it yet.

Then I took some paper and pen and waited. And in an instant my hand started writing and the words came.

In a couple of minutes I wrote a Love Poem. I was completely flabbergasted. It said, that I had to go on and write more.

That night I wrote 4 lovepoems. It was beautiful and so profound. It was magic.

This was the start of the automatic writing of my book that I am almost every night writing. Only when Divine wakes me up. I never set a alarm.

I know that I am guided always, so I completely surrender to Divine.

That first night I went back to bed and something extreme happened. I won’t go into that here.

But the poems I’ve written were exactly the words, the advice of Divine that I needed that night.

This was the start of Divine giving me messages through automatic writing.

Then after a while in another vision, I saw I was also going to do automatic speaking and that I had to record it on camera and share it.

Automatic speaking is channeling. And I channel Divine. I got the message from the beginning that I will only channel Divine and my Higher Self and no other beings.

And for me channeling is more a conversation when someone asks me questions and channel the answers. And automatic speaking is more the same for me as automatic writing. No one is asking. Divine is channeling messages through me.

So I feel amazingly blessed to be guided always. I truly believe that Divine knows best for me, so I lay my hands in Divine.

And I still feel and believe that this is just the beginning. I feel that really strongly. So I know that still a lot of things are going to happen.

But I won’t choose fear. I choose love. I believe that Divine will carry me, guide me through everything that is happening.

So that I can live my purpose fully, be of service fully.

To be the Light of Love.

To Create Heaven on earth!

So be it!

I always said and knew that the year 2020 would be a year of transformation and in combination that I was 33 years old(numbers fascinate me and also talk to me a lot), would be a magical combination and that it would be amazing.

And it is.

And I believe that everything will be better each day. Every year will be a better year.

For me the year 2020 was the best year of my life.

I am the happiest ever!

And believe that it will become even more greater and magical and fantastic.

So year 2021 and the rest that is coming, I AM READY!!

Thank you for all the amazing magical years coming.

I am just getting started.

This is just the beginning!

I just now remembered that before everything started I wrote about earlier here, is that I started communicating with my Angels and Ascended Masters a lot more. So even that opened up much more.

I now know which Guardian Angels are always with me and what Spiritguide is always near me, around me to guide, help me and protect me.

This all helped me a lot, going through a lot of new things happening so that I felt safe and loved in every moment.

I wish you to a magical life full of blessing!

And I believe it will happen when you completely surrender to Divine. But you always have a choice. That is the Free will you have.

Then the Kundalini awakening started

And it was just the beginning. This happened couple of months ago.

Painted this right after the Kundalini Awakening. This is what is felt for me

In the morning I did a shamanic journey. This is a journey done by a Shaman.

The evening before I already did my first shamanic jouney.

In both journeys there came an Animal Spirit with a message for me.

The first one was ladybug and the next journey in the morning was a serpent.

I will explain here more about the serpent journey.

The Animal Spirit Serpent showed itself to me. And first I thought, a snake? Ok.

Then I surrendered and the serpent spiraled around my body.

It gave me a safe feeling. Letting me know that I was save.

After the journey I meditated and channeled on the meaning of the Serpent. The serpent had the message of shedding the old skin and of wisdom and transformation and transmutation.

And this message came after I did a lot of healing this week.

I completely felt resonance with shedding the old skin, because I was removing and releasing a lot of old stuff.

After the shamanic journey I was guided towards an Emotion Code session.

Because I can do it myself as a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner I already released everything, what my subconscious wanted to release.

Now it was months ago since I had trapped emotions to release.

But after the journey there were a couple of preconceptional and inherited emotions to release. I released them all.

After that I always have to move my body. You release a lot of energy in your body from the trapped emotions. So now the energy has to set again.

So I put some music on and danced. I always do a sort of exctatic dance, where I move my body as the way my body wants to move to the music and ritm. And it always frees your body completey.

Then I went to meditate and asked  what the next right step to take is.

For months now I totally surrendered to Divine. I ask every moment what is best to do then. I ask for guidance and follow that guidance.

The Personal Identity self is put away and completely surrendered to the Higher Self, to Divine, to what is Divine’s Masterplan for me.

Then I was guided to do a cardreading.

I’ve got the cards ‘’Initiation’’ and ‘’awakening’’. And right after I’ve read the meaning of the cards, where it was about Kundalini awakening, it started in my body. In the cards said to put the hand on your heart and read the text out loud ‘’I am ready for the kundalini energy to rise up in my body.’’

And I felt it immediatly. It began.

It was like I never felt before.

Normally I talk about getting tantrical orgasms the whole time, also called energy rushes. But they come from the head, crownchakra and then down.

And this came from the rootchakra upwards. It came in shifts, in energyrushes up and in shocks. There was also a moment when very slowly a warm tingling feeling came up from the spine up. But It stopped around the heart /shouldersarea.

It lasted a while, the orgastic moments. The energy rushes came again and again and filled my whole body up in the spine till the crownchakra.

Everything was warm and I felt my crownchakra fully open. The same when I do channelings and meditating.

After a while I got dizzy in the head and I felt completely energized. But so much energized that I got fired up and got heart palpiltations, shortness of breaths and tightness.

And after I while I got so hot. My neck and head looked like on fire.

The rest of the day my body felt weird. Also tired.

It felt like a lot happened in my body. It was a lot to take in.

I went to bed really early in the evening.

This all was just the beginning!!

And I know why it stopped, because right after it, I had to go outside and pick my little girl from Preschool. So my mind was,  ‘’shit I have to go now.’’

I asked guidance if I could stand up, but I get keeping no. After a while I could and went outside. I was dizzy and shortness of breath, but I got there in time.

I felt like a took some harddrugs. I had a full energyrush but was out of breath, like I ran a marathon before.

And then I was at school and felt more grounded again.

The next day my guidance told me to dance a lot and sing to move my body. Get the energy moving in my body and also to sing to free up the throatchakra.

Because yesterday the energy stopped at my heartcenter.

After dancing and singing I meditated a lot and nothing happened.

Then I did a shamanic journey again. And in the beginning they said that I have to welcome myself and that I am worthy. So I focussed on that, said that out loud and felt it in my body.

And then the kundalini rised up twice through my whole body up to the crown.

Then the Shamanic journey really began and when the shamanic drums and windwhistle began, the next kundalini rising again through my whole body and up to the crownchakra.

I felt exctatic and High again, but still completely balanced, aligned and grounded. Better then drugs and sexs and whatever. These are other highs. Highs that go so deeply, so intens. So the best of the best. No normal body orgasm or whatever comes near these orgasms. It its like the world is with you. So much power and energy. I can’t describe it. It is heavenly. So much energy and aliveness. So much Love and Joy. It is everything. It is oneness, wholeness, completeness. Everything!!

Wow

And it still is just the beginning!!! I am so ready and feel so blessed!!!!!

After that moment now months later, everyday I have those energyrushes. And mostly just before it happens, I see a vision of the serpent and then the kundalini shoots right up through all chakras again through the crownchakra.

My guidance told me for weeks that I could not workout anymore. So much happened and happening in my body, that I had to take more rest. Still do.

I have a lot of energy, but still I have to take some extra care for my body.

A lot have happened in a short of time.

Waterfasting is the fastway to healing

It gives your body the time to regenerate immune cells.

I think waterfasting is super good for the body.

It has a lot of positive effects.

When you are sick, I think this is the fastest way to healing.

This is why, when animals are sick they stop eating and if they can they will lay outside on the earth or grass. This is earthing, another way to fastly heal.

Also the Egyptians did a lot of fasting. And they were the healthiest people on earth. I also lived as an Egyptian in 3 past lives.

With fasting it is important that you do a lot of things together with it. You don’t just start with fasting without knowing what to do.

It is really important that you already eat healthy and light meals.

For example, this is what I do.

I already eat plantbased and most of it is organic. I eat sugarfree and eat no junkfood. This is my 100% rule. Sometimes I also break through my discipline and let it go, but I would say 99% of the time I surrender to Divine and follow this healthy rule.

I don’t/never drink coffee, cafeine or alcohol. I drink only always hot water.

Then before the fasting I eat a little less and light.

Then when I am fasting on water, I plan no other things. I just take a lot of rest, meditate a lot, read or study. I always do as less physical activities as I can. Never go to the gym or workout then. This is to heavy for your body at this time.

You can take a massage if you want. I did that yesterday, had an hour a Thai massage. It was heavenly. It helps the body removing toxines and is overall good for the body.

With fasting I plan a day or weekend off. And then I only drink hot boiled water, bless it, thank it. I wrote a blog about it earlier, about the importance of doing that.

An important note! I only do waterfasting when my body wants it too. When Divine guides me to.

For months now I completely surrender to Divine/ Higher Self and let It guide me. I do whatever guidance wants me to. The lower physical Jamie self is out of the way. I listen to the guidance, because I believe it is the best for me. I believe my Higher Self knows exactly what is best for me. I write and speak about this for years now. 7 years ago I made an online programm about this.

I start with waterfasting when Divine wants me to and stop when it says that its time to eat. And then I listen what to eat and when and what to eat again.

Afterwards the fasting I eat a light and healthy meal. The days after that also.

For example, yesterday I did a fast for 20 hours and after that my Higher Self said I could eat a Kaki(its a fruit) and an hour later an avocado(a fruit). Then it said that I fast again.

I did not know this because I completely surrender in each moment. I don’t know what to happen etcetera. I completely trust Divine’s Masterplan for me and surrender. I made the last years ago a lot of videos about this topic.

Now that I am writing this I am already in 19 hours of fasting and Divine said to me now that I can eat again. I can drink a green healthy smoothie, waterbased, with a lot of superfoods.

Fasting is for me the fastest way for healing.

The last weeks and days I am healing a lot of old stuff that came to the surface. A lot of things don’t serve the new me anymore. I became a whole new person, a whole new state of being. A whole new body on a cellulair level.

Deep deep healing accured.

And I went through a fully Kundalini-awakening. That did also a lot to my system.

This fasting now was neccesary to help this healing on all levels of my body. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. It helps the healing faster and deeper.

This is all to purify the body again.

This is also why great masters like Gandhi, Jezus, Hippocrates, Plato, Plutarch, Hindi, Buddhists, Taoists, Christians and also the Egyptians did this a lot. Weekly, monthly or yearly.

And Egyptians were the healthiest on earth.

For me that is also a goal in this life.

This purification of the body helps also the spiritual path, the spiritual development. You become a much lighter Lightbody. Less dense. It raises the vibration and helps you raise your consciousness to a Higher consciousness.

For me that is extra important, because of my Purpose and Work here in this life. I have to prepare the instrument(my body) for Divine so that I can be a Clear channel for Divine. So that she can work through me and share the truth.

And because my work here is to teach and to channel Divine to create Heaven on Earth, for me that is extra neccesary to do this. It is part of my Path.

And another positive effect of waterfasting is that you lose weight very fast. I love that. Because I struggled all of my life and now my body is the most beautiful and strong I’ve ever seen. It is in the best state ever. And I mean ever. Even in my childhood it was so different and I had always a lot of things going on.

I see my body now as an important Divine Body Tempel, Divine  instrument, so I treat it that way. It is super valuable and it deserves the best.

I believe Divine and Higher Self knows what is best for me and for my body. For the holistic me, all of me. So that is why I listen and surrender to it.

I give my body the best of the best.

Last week I broke one of my toes and before yesterday I instantly had a lot of bellyache in a way that I’ve never had. It was the small intestine talking to me.

I am healing a lot of old stuff. It is the right time for it to grow further. So a lot of things come up to the surface to be healed.

And this fasting was the fastest way to help heal the body and it did. It went away very fast. So I can understand why the Higher Self wanted me to do this waterfasting again and for two days in a row.

I also removed a lot of old emotional baggage again the last weeks with the Emotion Code. More info about that here.

So I see so much reason for fasting.

For me this feels amazing. It feels amazing when you know and feel that this is the best gift for your body now. I love it. I love fasting and I love eating. It feels amazing to listen to Divine and its Gifts for you. Your lower self could never know.

If you fast and you feel this is good and you are in full selfcontrol and discipline, but because of advice from your Higher self, then you feel like you are a warrior. You feel invincible and that you can handle everything. It is on top of the world feeling. Amazing!!

And when I look into the mirror, I think ‘’Wow Jamie, I am so proud of you! You’ve never looked this amazing. My skin lookes so much better. I glow. I sparkle. I am so fit, full of aliveness and energy and have a beautiful toned body.’’ It is not just that it is toned and muscled, but the fact that I know that I give my body the best of the best and this is the result. It feels amazing and I have an unique body and I am loving it for its uniqueness. I am a unique expression of Divinity. Thank you Divine for this Unique Divine Body Tempel.

Your emotional part in the subconscious is running your life!

You are Divine and it is part of the Big MasterPlan that you are here to live your unique expression. That is given to you. You have unique talents and gifts and it is important that you share them with the world.

When you live your purpose, you give yourself the best at a holistic perspective. At a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. A lot of people talk about body, mind and Spirit. But super important where is the EMOTIONAL PART OF IT. I think it needs special attention. Because these Emotions are running your subconscious part and so is how your life looks like.


You cant live your highest best life if you have lots of Emotional Baggage bothering you and running your life from subconscious, causing mental, physical illnesses and lack of abundance, lack of love and good relationships. Lots of issues and problems etc.

What happens when you surrender?

It will bring you the most magical things happening on your path.

Open your eyes and open your heart and surrender.

Follow your guidance.

Divine, Angels, Spiritguides or AnimalSpirits or even Tree Spirits will guide you on your path.

This happened today. And this happened all in 1,5 hours.

But I live those days constantly.

My friend just said ‘’Even if you are going for a ‘’normal’’ walk things are happening.

Because I completely surrender every moment to the Divine and let Her guide me, there is constantly things happening in my life.

My life is never ‘’normal’’ and will be never ‘’Normal’’. And I also don’t want that.

I choose to live a magical life full of amazing adventures and joyfull experiences. I choose constantly transformation to a Higher Being of Light. I am already that, but living that more every moment.

What happened today, (in the 1,5 hours in the afternoon)?

I just went out for a walk, because Divine guided me to walk outside. I was guided towards the forests so I thought I was going there. But when I stood before the forest, I was guided to go to right. So now I walked near te forests, but not go in there.

It is a beautiful sunny day(in a rainy week), so it was important to get my Sunlight and Vitamine D.

I was guided in every crossway to go straight ahead or right or left.

It was a beautiful walk and it guided me to a beautiful park. In this Park I was guided to take a photo of the beautiful nature and sun on the back.

When I made this picture, I saw a little green orb of light and around it was a bigger circle of energy. It was beautiful. I got the message that this was a Spirit. And I saw it was following me everywhere. I made a lot of pictures of it.

After that I asked who it was and it was my Guardian Angel Tom, who is always with me.

So beautiful.

After that I went furter and made more pictures and he was on all of them. He is always watching over me, guiding and protecting me. Loving me. So beautiful!

Then was guided to another park and in that park I was guided of the path into the field. And when I walked, a tree was calling my attention. So I went up there and when I came close my attention was guided up and then I saw this beautiful ladybug.

A week ago I’ve had an shamanic journey where the AnimalSpirit of a ladybug came into my journey with a beautiful message. Now it had another message, but I knew it when I came home later.

But at that moment, I saw this Ladybug needed healing. His wings were all distorted. So I gave him a healing and blessed him. It was a him. Thank you Ladybug for this message.

Then I was called to this tree and I got the message to stand against it with my back and feel its energy and listen to her message. And when I stood there I’ve got the sun right in my face. It came through the branches. It was beautiful. But then I became emotional and felt a little sad. It wasn’t mine. This was the tree I connected with. And I still was standing against it.

The tree told me that it was sad, because of all the things happening with the world, with the earth and trees. What humans are doing with it.

So it was my job also to increase the consciousness of the people, so that they are more in love and that they take good care of the earth instead of what they are doing now.

So this was the message.

And it is also funny, that just almost an hour ago, I bought a waste grab(dont know if this is the right pronouncing, but it doesn’t matter). A thing where you can grab waste from the streets, so you can clean them. I bought it to clean the streets and nature with my daughter. To give her the best example and help the planet, Mother Earth.

So there are more ways to help the planet.

After the ladybug and the tree I was guided further on my walk. It was a super nice interesting walk.

Then I saw two times in a row a wurm a front of my feet. I knew this was a message from the AnimalSpirit wurms.

So I also got in to that.

And I found the message that completely resonates again, with my path now.

At this moment the last weeks, I am releasing all old stuff that doesn’t serve me anymore and make room for new good stuff.

So a lot transformations happened last weeks. An Immens intens but loving proces. I did also a lot Emotion Code sessions again, to release old baggage. For more info look here. And I’ve written a lot of blogs about it. Here is one and one linked with LOA.

And a week ago I’ve had a kundalini-awakening and so much more.

My life is never dull. And I really love my life.

When you completely surrender to Divine, you completely go with the flow and lots of magic and positive things happening.

Synchronicity everywhere.

Nothing but really nothing happens by accident. There are no coincidences.

Everything has a meaning. Everything.

So after the wurms, I was guided home. And when I was home and made my lunch I was guided to eat my lunch in the sun at the balcony.

And I went outside and I saw a thing laying on the ground, I took it and there was another ladybug on it.

It was another sign. I got into channeling and always looking up some things, and found the message, that really resonates with me. Sometimes the message comes through, sometimes I look up some things and words are talking to me.

This was again so beautiful and exactly the message that I needed to hear now at this moment. So thank you!!!

Wow and this all happened in 1,5 hours.

This is my life.

This can also be your life if you are following your guidance.

Not the things that are happening to me, because every life is unique and your purpose is unique.

But I mean if you completely surrender to Divine, you will be guided towards signs and messages and synchronicity everwhere.

You are never alone. Angels, Spiritguides and AnimalSpirits are always there for you.

Maar hoe werkt het dan als je channelt, een reading geeft?

Dit is een vraag die vaak wordt gesteld. Wat doe je dan precies?

Ik zal het hier in stapjes uitleggen. Dit is hoe het bij mij werkt.

Ik zorg er eerst voor dat ik gecenterd en helemaal aligned ben. Alle chakras in balans. Body, mind and soul in balans. Mijn fysieke, mentale, emotionele en spirituele lichaam helemaal in balans. Alles is dus fysiek, mentaal, emotioneel en energetisch aligned. Ik geloof erin dat het bij mij nu makkelijker gebeurd, omdat ik alle emotionele bagage heb weggehaald uit mijn lichaam met de Emotion Code technique. Er is onderliggend geen storende factor meer in het onderbewuste, geen vastgezette emoties die ertussen komen en aandacht vragen. Alles is volledig aligned, waardoor ik het pure zuivere kanaal kan zijn.

Dit zorgt ervoor dat met het wortelchakra dat in balans is, ik stevig gegrond ben, verbonden met de aarde. Mijn kruinchakra in balans, volledig connected met Divine, Universum. Mijn hartchakra volledig open. En alle andere chakras met hun functies zorgen ervoor dat alles volledig open staat en stroomt.

Dit alles gebeurt bij mij in een seconde. Mijn intentie is daar en door het vele doen, gebeurd het in een instant.

Dan focus ik op mijn hart en terwijl ik dat doe, haal ik diep adem en adem ik diep naar beneden, door al mijn chakras en via het wortelchakra stevig de grond in.

Ook dit gebeurd weer in een seconde.

Dan voel ik de immense grote liefde in mijn hart. Daar is mijn volledige focus.

Ik voel nu dat ik volledig ‘’Aan’’ sta, zoals ik het zelf noem.

Dan vraag ik nog via prayer, in de juiste vorm te gebruiken als gratitude (ik doe het in het Engels) ”Thank you, that I am a clear channel. Thank you Archangel Gabriel for your guidance and the word of God flow through me. Thank you for the Truth coming through me. Thank you for the best results for the people I speak to. Thank you for using me for the Highest Good. Thank you for using me for the Highest Purpose and Joy. Thank you I am a clear channel for Divine! So be it!’’

De vertaling is ; ” Dankjewel dat ik een zuiver kanaal ben. Dankjewel Arkangel Gabriel voor je begeleiding en dat het woord van God volledig door me heen stroomt. Dankjewel dat de Waarheid door me heen komt. Dankjewel voor de beste resultaten voor de mensen tot wie ik spreek. Dankjewel dat je me gebruikt voor het Hoogste Goed. Dankjewel dat je me gebruikt voor de Hoogste Lotsbestemming en Vreugde. Dankjewel dat ik het heldere zuivere kanaal voor Divine/ God. En zo zal het zijn!”

En dan is het zo.

Ik zet op dat moment, mijn personal self, fysieke Jamie zelf volledig aan de kant, zodat Higher Self kan doorkomen. Dat gebeurd gewoon. Ik ben op dat moment een leeg vat.

Ik ben volledig met mijn alerte focus leeg in dat moment. Volledige aandacht voor het nu en de persoon die de vragen stelt. Er komt geen denken aan te pas. Er is geen denken daar.

En ook dit hele gebeuren wat ik heb opgeschreven, gebeurd bij mij in een paar seconden. Dus binnen een paar seconden sta ik aan en komen de antwoorden op de vragen.

Het punt is, ik personal Jamie geeft geen antwoord meer. Er wordt door me heen gewerkt, door de Engelen, Gidsen, Hogere Zelf Jamie en Divine. The Higher Nature stroomt door me heen. Is allemaal hetzelfde, want we zijn allemaal uiteindelijk één.

Personal Jamie is er wel bewust van. Ik zou er ieder moment voor kunnen kiezen om deze weer door te laten komen, maar daar kies ik dus niet voor. Het is een hele andere energie. Praat anders, alles is anders. Divine, Engelen en Higher Self zijn veel rapper en sneller. Er is geen denken. Antwoorden komen meteen. We werken samen, zo zie ik het. Hogere Zelf fluistert ook en schreeuwt niet. Je mentale geest schreeuwt tegen je.

Op het moment dat de vragen worden gesteld, komt het antwoord al binnen. Heel rap en snel. Kort en krachtig. Soms al voordat de vraag af is.

Het antwoord toont zich aan mij via mijn hart. Het perst zich eruit. Soms hoor ik de antwoorden letterlijk uit mijn hart komen. Soms zie ik ze. En is het een Weten. Meestal alles tegelijk. Soms zie ik beelden. Het gaat meestal allemaal samen. Het IS gewoon.

Het is een heel ander gevoel dan wanneer je als fysieke personal zelf antwoorden in je hoofd komen. Deze komen langzamer en ook vaak twijfelend en dus meer roepend en schreeuwend. En dit kunnen hele zinnen zijn.

Vanuit het Weten is het er allemaal in een seconde. Rap, kort en krachtig. Alert. Het is er allemaal tegelijk. Er is geen denken of twijfelen. Dat bestaat daar niet. Het is gewoon.

Kan het niet anders omschrijven dan dat.

Het is een deep knowing.

Wanneer de antwoorden doorkomen voel ik me heel alert en gefocust, volledig in het moment. Ik zie scherp en alles is volledig in dit moment. Ik voel me licht en liefdevol. De antwoorden zijn ook altijd liefdevol en zuiver.

Meestal voel ik ook een druk op mijn hoofd, schedel en voel dat het kruinchakra vol openstaat. De ene keer is de druk heftiger dan andere keren.

Niet alle antwoorden zijn even leuk om te horen, want het ligt eraan wat iemand wil weten en wat de waarheid is. Wat die ander moet horen.

Hoe dan ook, alles wat ik doorkrijg moet ik doorgeven, als dat zo voelt op dat moment. Het perst zich eruit. Door me heen.

Het is de Waarheid en die komt rap en snel en is voor de Highest Good of all.

En als ik merk dat wanneer het antwoord niet meteen komt en er dus een soort twijfel ontstaat, dat is dan eerst weer opnieuw op mijn hart focus, en op mijn hele beingness. Ik voel en ben me bewust van de energie dan in mijn hele lichaam, terwijl ik volledig gefocust ben op het moment op de vraag en dan komt het antwoord weer rap.

Het is iedere keer weer volledig durven vertrouwen op not knowing, het niet weten. En dus vertrouwen op dat de antwoorden altijd komen. Het is steeds weer de sprong in het diepe durven maken. Steeds de moed hebben, zonder angsten en gewoon springen. Het immense vertrouwen hebben in Divine in dat de antwoorden komen.

Het punt is, jij doet dat niet, dus je hoeft niets te weten. Er word door je heen gewerkt.

Steeds weer vertrouwen dat het gebeurd als jij je overgeeft.

Of het nu antwoorden zijn op vragen die mensen zelf stellen voor henzelf, of dat ze een foto laten zien en je daar een reading over geeft. Of dat ze iets over hun hond vragen of een overleden dierbaar. Of dat ze iets over een situatie vragen of over een naam. Of zelfs over een droomverklaring.

Het maakt allemaal niets uit.

Alles is collectieve energie en hangt zeg maar in de lucht en hier tap je in op die energie. Dit deed ik ook al met de Emotion Code en als ik voeding doortest van mensen op afstand en online.

Ik doe dit dus niet. Er wordt door me heen gewerkt. Ik zorg er alleen voor dat ik het kanaal ben, het instrument waardoor Divine of de Engelen werken. Ik ben het instrument wat zeg maar gebruikt word om de Waarheid bij de ander te brengen. Wat de ander moet weten.

Ik stel me volledig open. Ik geef me volledig over en Divine kan Godswerk door me heen doen.

Sinds een paar weken is mijn bewustzijn een stuk meer open gegaan. Daarbij doe ik dagelijks readingen. Ik geef me volledig over en stel me open, zorg voor de voorbereiding en Divine, Engelen, Gidsen kunnen door me heen werken. Zo ervaar ik dagelijks weer allemaal nieuwe dingen mee. Er gebeurd vanalles. Ben vol in de flow en opportunities van alle kanten. Ik sta aan! Dat zijn de woorden die blijven binnen komen. Zo voelt het voor mij, dat ik aan sta. Ik maak de meest magische dingen mee en de dingen worden steeds mooier. Alles ontstaat en gebeurd en het enige dat ik hoef te doen, is dit instrument, deze Divine Tempel die ik heb gekregen, open te stellen en woorden aan geven zodat men het kan horen en begrijpen.

Alles wat verborgen zit in het donker komt nu naar boven

Je kunt er niet meer onderuit

Het is nu de tijd en de energie dat alles dat ooit verdrongen was, naar het licht wil. Het is de bedoeling dat jij er licht in brengt.

Misschien heb je jarenlang allerlei dingen verdrongen, allerlei gevoelens onderdrukt. Dit zal niet meer in het donker blijven.

De energie is nu zo, dat je er wel mee aan de slag moet of je gaat ten onder.

Alle gevoelens die je ooit hebt onderdrukt, willen nu naar boven komen en het licht zien.

Laat jij het toe?

Als jij streeft naar verlichting en een leven met minder lijden, dan zal je al deze shit aan moeten gaan.

De energie is nu zo sterk dat alle onderdrukte gevoelens naar boven komen, zodat jij er licht in kan brengen. Dit kan zich uiten in onverwachte fysieke klachten. Vaak hele extreme klachten waar je wel meteen mee aan de slag moet.

Voorheen kon je zelfs die pijn misschien nog wegdrukken, maar nu kan dat niet meer.

Het Universum, Je Hogere Zelf wil dat je er nu wat mee doet. Dat je het aan gaat.

Ik zeg altijd als je het niet aangaat, dan wordt je gehaald.

Je bent hier namelijk om je unieke expressie te leven en het leven aan te gaan. En wanneer jij alles blijft wegdrukken en weerstand tegen blijft hebben, dan zal je op een gegeven moment gehaald worden. Want wat heeft het leven voor nut, wat heeft het Universum aan jou, als jij blijft slapen en de reden waarom je hier bent, niet uitleeft?

Dus dan wordt je eruit gehaald.

Wat kun jij nu praktisch doen?

Alle shit die nu omhoog komt, heb jij ooit verdrongen. Ga het aan. Leef het door. Laat het zijn en accepteer het vooral. Dit hoort nu te zijn omdat het zo is en breng er dus geen nieuwe weerstand in. Laat het gewoon door je heen bewegen. Zo breng je er licht in.

Laat het zijn. Volledige overgave, dat is jouw taak.

Wil je verlichting? Een lichter leven? Dan is acceptatie en overgave de oplossing.

Waar kun jij nu de weerstand loslaten en licht in brengen?

Wat mag er niet van jou zijn?

En geloof me, ik kan het weten.

Ik heb jarenlang alles verstopt en verdrongen.

Nu de laatste maanden is er een complete shift ontstaan. Alles mag er zijn. Ik mag er helemaal zijn. Alle gevoelens mogen er helemaal zijn. Frustraties, boosheid, verdriet, schuld en schaamte. Alles mag er zijn. Alles mag geuit worden en ik mag me kwetsbaar opstellen.

Er is zoveel bevrijding en opluchting. Het voelt als een echte verademing. Vrijheid.

Alles mag gewoon zijn. Ik mag gewoon zijn. Er is een hele grote opening in me gekomen. Ik voel me herboren, vernieuwd. Een stuk lichter en more real. Daarnaast ben ik helderder dan ooit in mijn readings.

Het was niet iets dat ik voorheen bewust deed, maar ik sta er nu wel bewust in, waardoor iedere emotie en iedere donkerte die vrij komt er mag zijn.

Het is nu de tijd om er wat aan te doen en niet meer er om heen te draaien. Ik wil mee doen aan het verlichten van de wereld en dat start bij mij. En dus bij jou.

Wil je een lichter leven? Start dan met grote stappen nemen.

Sta toe dat je er mag zijn. The whole of you. You are beautiful and everything is exactly how it should be! You are Perfect! And You are perfectly imperfect! Also true!

Jij mag er helemaal zijn. Jij bent uniek en je bent hier om je unieke expressie te leven. Start met leven! Start met licht brengen in jou. Alle donkerte mag verdwijnen. Laat het naar boven komen, kijk ernaar en laat het los.

Dus waar heb jij nog weerstand tegen? Laat het los.

Accepteer en geef je over. Geef de touwtjes terug aan het Universum.

Waarom blijf je te lang in werk of in relaties hangen die niet goed voor je zijn?

Je voelt al lang van binnen aan dat iets niet klopt. Maar toch neem je maar geen stappen om ermee te kappen.

Heel vaak blijven we hangen in situaties die niet goed voor ons zijn. Je verzint allerlei excuses om maar niet Die ene grote stap te nemen en dus blijf jij diep ongelukkig.

Meestal is de reden dat je bang bent de ander te kwetsen of voor het onbekende.

Wat als je de stap wel neemt en wat dan? Je denkt dat je in een leeg gat valt. Je bent bang voor het onbekende en daarom blijf je liever nu ongelukkig dan dat je niet weet wat er dan gebeurt want dat voelt nog veel enger.

Maar als je wel de stap neemt, zal je al snel zien dat je gedragen wordt en er een positieve uitkomst komt.

Je bent misschien tijdelijk gekwetst of neergeslagen doordat de situatie zo is gelopen en in je hoofd had je iets anders bedacht. Maar toch zodra je eindelijk transparant bent en je gevoel volgt en eindelijk kiest voor jezelf, zal je zien dat het hele Universum samenwerkt om jou te helpen. En daarnaast voel jij totale opluchting en bevrijding.

Vanaf het moment dat jij de beslissing maakt om je hart te volgen en volledig in het diepe onbekende te springen en er op vertrouwt. Dan komt alles samen. Dan voel jij je zo bevrijd en opgelucht en hoopte je dat het eerder had gedaan.

Neem deze situatie dan ook mee naar de volgende en haal je inzichten eruit. Kies de volgende keer sneller voor jezelf en volg je hart. Dit vertrouwen zal steeds sterker worden en steeds sneller zal je stappen nemen in het kiezen voor jezelf.

Jij leeft jouw unieke leven en het is nu de tijd om volledig voor jouw weg te gaan.

Volg je hart en alles zal je toekomen waar je altijd al op hoopte.

Het is nu de tijd om jouw unieke expressie te leven. De wereld wacht op jou.

Niet voor niets ben jij nu geïncarneerd in dit kostuum op deze plek. Mensen hebben jou nodig en het is tijd dat jij jouw talenten en vaardigheden gaat in zetten.

The Universe has your back

Op alle mogelijke manieren

Het leven kan echt heel hard zijn. In het leven is alles onstabiel. Het leven bestaat uit een ritme van ups and downs, van lijden naar zonneschijn.

Zolang we leven zullen we hiermee te maken hebben. Alles is tijdelijk en vergankelijk. Plezierige tijden maken weer plaats voor donkere tijden.

Er is geen oplossing om hier van af te komen. De enige echte oplossing, is om de illusie te doorzien.

Zoals Boeddha al zei. ‘’Life is suffering!’’ en ‘’ To end the suffering is to end the illusion.’’ Daarmee bedoelde hij dat je de illusie van het leven doorziet, zodat je alles vanuit een helikopterview kunt zien. Dat je altijd, hoe erg de situatie, de omstandigheden ook worden, het grote plaatje blijft zien. En dus zoals Boeddha, kalm en in liefde en vertrouwen blijft.

Dit is volgens mij het antwoord op alles.

Je hebt in ieder moment de keuze om voor liefde en vertrouwen te kiezen of voor angst en wantrouwen. De keuze tussen overvloed en schaarste.

Iedere keer zal jij weer de keuze hebben om naar je hart te luisteren. Wanneer jij je hart volgt, zal het hele Universum samenpakken om jou daarbij te ondersteunen. Dit pad van je hart, is het pad dat voor jou het allerbeste is.

Wanneer jij jouw unieke expressie wilt leven, zal jij de intuïtie vanuit je hart en ziel moeten volgen. Dit is namelijk de begeleiding die jij krijgt.

Het is helemaal niet moeilijk om te weten welke kant je op moet. Het wordt namelijk heel helder aangegeven. Wat zegt jouw gevoel? Wat zegt je hart? Waar word jij heel blij van?

Het enige wat je in ieder moment moet doen, is je enthousiasme volgen. Dit is begeleiding van boven af dus van binnenin.

Volg jouw unieke expressie want dat is waarom jij hier bent. Jij bent hier met een unieke reden, in een uniek kostuum op dit moment op deze plek. Dit is met een hele bijzondere reden. Maak er dus gebruik van.

Het leven draait om keuzes maken. Iedere dag en ieder moment keuzes maken. Ieder moment weer voelen wat het beste voelt. De twijfel, dat is je hoofd. Helderheid kan alleen maar uit je hart komen. Onderliggend voel jij allang wat het beste voor jou is.

Is het soms eng om te sprong te wagen?

Kei eng is het om risico’s te nemen. Maar iedere keer wanneer je dat risico neemt in het volgen van je hart, zal jij beloond worden.
